Good question! The answer is that we only get one copy of your details. When you place a credit card order for the guide you are actually doing so through our authorized credit card merchants Clickbank.Com. Clickbank then do the necessary checking and transaction processing. We do not get to see your credit card details at any time during the entire process! This is why it's important that you complete the form WE provide for you on-line. Without the details collected by this form we would not know about you, the type of file you wish to have sent to you, nor about the type of handheld or palmtop you use.
The only details we keep about our clients are those that help us deliver our product to you. We don't keep credit card details. We don't keep credit card numbers. We don't want to know about your credit card details! The information that you do provide to us is kept in the strictest of confidence. We will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER sell, give-away, grant use or concord access to client data. Period. Your trust in our organization is well placed.
The Guide is a dynamic document and as such it continues to expand in size, requiring ever larger storage capacities. In order to minimize, as much as possible, the length of time required to transmit the guide to our clients, we have used Winzip to compress the original MS Word format file. In order to "unshrink" the file it is necessary for you to use Winzip. If you don't have Winzip you can download the evaluation version by clicking here. The only file version that has been compressed is the Word version. Should you order the Acrobat (PDF) version, the only other piece of software you require is the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have the reader it is available as a free download here.
We try to provide updates as frequently as possible. However all is contingent on the development and availability of new products. Generally speaking, updates occur toward October/November of each year. All clients are notified of the availability of new updates via email.
